Our founder Michael Rance started as teen in the natural foods industry
in the late 80s learning about Natural foods and the relationship between food and people, and how important it was to have quality food for the body to function at its utmost peak. Michael then expanded that knowledge into selling Alaskan seafood to the world and educating those who would listen on the benefits to eating wild caught seafood. Soon Michael expanded into other commodities, to reach a wider audience and incorporated Defiant Trading to be a part of Fresh N Wild Seafood .
